Rebecca was born and raised in Pennfield, NB. She is the daughter of Kenny Allen and Mary Allen (Cox). Rebecca moved back to the Charlotte County area after completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree at St. Thomas Unviersity in Fredericton, NB. With plans to attend law school the following year, she worked as a legal assistant where she assisted in completing property transactions which in turn cultivated an interest in real estate sales.
