Jay LaKing epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Jay grew up in St. Stephen and graduated from SSHS and went into Radio Broadcasting / Journalism where he learned many helpful skills for good communication, attention to details and working in around the community. In 2002 he started his sales and graphic design career with Smet Monuments where he has nearly 2 decades of expereince helping families throughout the community. Jay is a devoted husband and family man with his beautiful wife, their three children, and their German Sheppard.

Jay is a great lover of the outdoors, spending time in the ATVing community and being a board member of the local ATV club, spent many years with the motorcycle community raising money for fallen members of police/fire & ambulance in Atlantic Canada and has participated in many fundraisers to help fight blindness and cancer throughout Atlantic Canada. Jay has always had a sense of adventure whether its simply trying a new food or ski-diving from a helicopter 3km high in the ski in a whole different country.

Jay is the owner of two small business in the community, disc jockeying and snow removal services which he has overall 25 years experience working with timelines and with great detail. Over the years Jay was able to work his way up to Black Belt level in Karate and ran his own martial arts school for a few years in the neighboring community of Blacks Harbour, NB.

Jay takes great pride in helping each and everyone he meets in any way he can and would like to continue with these principles and practices in the Real Estate industry. His nearly 20 years of sales experience and learning what people want from a salesperson will greatly aid Jay in his career of being a REALTOR®.
